Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide Powder

 The dark gray regular spherical particles prepared by super-high temperature spheroidization process, its organization is feathery eutectic structure. Great particles flow rate, stable chemical properties, high melting point and hardness, excellent wear resistance.

 Mainly used for the preparation of Pta Welding Powder, Laser Cladding Powder, PDC drill body materials, hard alloy wear-resistant welding materials and other wear-resistant materials, suitable for infiltration, spraying (welding), overlaying, laser cladding and Thermal Spray Coating like Flame Spray Coating

Widely used in petroleum drill bits, PDC drill bits, as well as other manufacturing products such as fusion infiltration, spraying (welding), and hardfacing, primarily for wear surface wear resistance reinforcement 

As hard phase, the hardness of cast tungsten carbide can achieve 3000 HV0.3. Blend with Ni alloy powder, can form PTA or Laser cladding powder which are a widely used surface engineering process for various industries like Marine, Mining, Steel, Oil&gas etc.

 Size can be -40/60 mesh, -60/80 mesh,-40/200 mesh,-100/270 mesh,-140/325mesh etc.
