GP10C is a type of Tungsten Carbide Powder from Luoyang Golden company. For this Tungsten Carbide, GP10C, the chemical composition is WC-10Co-4Cr, and its particle size is 15-45um. The tungsten carbide grain size belongs to medium WC (3um WC). GP10C is produced by agglomerated and sintered process, which can enhance the hardness. The powder can be applied at maximum 500℃ (930 °F).
For WC-10Co-4Cr, cobalt acts as binder, which can help powder form compact micro structure and high bonding strength. Chromium has strong corrosion resistance. So the Tungsten Carbide Coating can enhance erosion resistance and cavitation resistance of products so as to extend their service life. GP10C can be applied to valve parts in high pressure and salty environment. Such as undersea oil and gas extraction, hydroturbine, machining, corrugated roller, steel and energy industry etc.
