Compared with Tungsten Carbide Powder,this powder offers coating excellent corrosion resistance, and maximum operating temperature is 870 °C .At the same time, better anti-wearness property than Ni base alloy powder. It mainly used for hydraulic rod repair,pump rod repair, ball valve parts repair, , and steel rollers repair etc.
The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which can bring coating a better deposit efficiency and micro-hardness. Compare with Tungsten Carbide powder like WC-12Co, Cr3C2-20NiCr can work as High Temperature Powder and better anti-corrosion property.
