XTC Chrome Carbides Powders 75Cr3C2-25NiCr  is specially desgin for HVOF and HVAF thermal spray equipments, 5-25um Chromium Carbide Powder is generally best using High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) Chromium Carbide Coating spray. This powder offers  Chromium Carbide Thermal Spray Powder coating excellent  corrosion resistance, and maximum operating temperature is 870 °C, so it can be used in different rolls of stell with heat resistance . It mainly can be applies on pump repair,valve parts repair, , and steel rollers repair etc. The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which can bring coating a better deposit efficiency and micro-hardness.
