Chromium Carbides powder Cr3C2-20NiCr 15-45um

Chromium Carbides GP20NC is a kind of Chromium Carbide Thermal Spray Powder, the application mainly for HVOF, with the composition of 80% Cr3C2+20%NiCr, the particle size is 15-45um, which can easily match to different spray equipment. The powder shape is spherical due to the manufacturing process of agglomerated and sintered. It is one of HVOF Powder which could be applied with both HVOF/HVAF with excellent high temperature resistance which allows it to be performed under the temperature up to 850°C, so it is often used for coating furnace bottom roller in steel industry in order to extend the service life.
