Product Description

GPNi0801B is a carbide Pta Welding Powder which mixed by high portion of spherical cast Tungsten Carbide Powder and Nickel Based Alloy Powder. The spherical CTC hardness is HV0.1 2800-3200 which offers welding layer a higher hardness and impact toughness to protect parts that exposed in high abrasion and impact wear. The welding layer can enhance surface wear resistance to 3-10 times and extend work part service life to 3-5 times.
