CTC Flexible Welding Rope 6mm

Flexible welding ropes normally refer to CTC Welding Rope and SCTC welding rope (Spherical Tungsten Carbide Welding Rope). GS110650N-1 is a 6mm diameter CTC welding rope, made from mixture of CTC( Cast Tungsten carbide) and Nickel wire covered by self-fluxing Nickel alloy. The CTC is with good wear resistance; The Nickel alloy is in spherical or nearly spherical shape with good wettability and erosion resistance which allows the matrix could work under salty and damp environment.Mainly used in the manufacture and repair of oil drill industry.

GS110650N-1 is a kind of crushed cast Tungsten carbide based tube Welding Rod, one of wear-resistant welding materials using crushed cast tungsten carbide as hard phase. The welding layer it forms possesses quality such as high hardness and great wear resistance.

The wear resistance of it could be 6-7 times better than regular welding rods, which is tested by ASTM G65.So it is one of the Best Welding Rods in China.

It is recommended to be applied on the surface of different kinds of workpieces of mining machinery, geological tools, and petroleum drilling tools. The suitable welding method is using oxyacetylene with weak carburizing flame.
