WC-10Co-4Cr, 15-45um Thermal Spray Powder is most commonly used by High Velocity Oxygen Fuel (HVOF) spray. This powder is a tungsten carbide based, and is made from Medium WC, could form a coating with excellent abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. The manufacturing process is Agglomerated and Sintered which makes more intensive coating and high bonding strength.
Its maximum operating temperature is 500 °C (930 °F). This Thermal Spray Materials is mainly applied on valve parts, petroleum pipeline repair, steel rolls, corrugator rolls and could help to extend the service life of workpieces. The coating always maintains great performance in high pressure and salty environment.
