88WC-12Co 15-45um Thermal Spray Powder HVOF

GP12 is also named Tungsten Carbide Powder, which is a gray powder. GP12 is composed of 88WC-12Co and the micron size is 15-45um. In addition, XTC Luoyang can also provide the PSD required by clients. It is made from medium WC. Its max. operation temperature is 500 ℃(930 °F).The WC based powder is manufactured by agglomerated and sintered process, which can heighten the intensive performance and high bonding strength. Tungsten Carbide Coating has the durable wear resistance, oxidation, erosion resistance and sliding wear resistance.

GP12 is also HVOF Tungsten Carbide Coating. It can be used by HVOF/HVA/ APS spray. The shape of powder is spherical.  It can be applied to general wear-out parts, like corrugator roll in paper or steel industry, blade, butt mill, saw teeth, oil drilling tools etc.
