Since the solubility of carbon in cobalt is very small, carbon will form carbides with tungsten and disperse in the cobalt matrix, resulting in precipitation strengthening, so that the coating can still maintain excellent strength and hardness at high temperatures. This product is produced by gas atomization process, with high powder sphericity, good fluidity and wide process applicability.

Co06 can be used as Thermal Spray Powder, PTA Welding Powder and Laser Cladding Powder.

Mainly used for wear corrosion resistant, high temperature shock and other regulations under the various pieces of maunfacturing parts,repair and protection product line.

Co06 can be used for the parts like engine valve, high temperature pressure valve, turbine blade etc.
