 Tungsten Carbide Powder, Ni base powder has better anti-corrosion features like Chrome carbide powder. Mostly Ni80Cr20 can be sprayed by Thermal Spray Coating like HVOF and plasma spray.

The high chromium content of these materials enhances their resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The coatings generated by these materials are generally smooth as sprayed and have a bright appearance

Application:

• As a bond coat to improve the adherence of a subsequently sprayed ceramic top coat deposits,like Anilox roller.
