Description:


Ni-20Cr Metal Alloy Powder is an oxidation-resistant thermal sprayed bond coat material used under a variety of thermal sprayed ceramic top coats. They can also be used for repair and buildup coatings. Mostly are used for HVOF coating to get a btter bond layer.

Nickel based alloy products have increased the performance of coated components to a certain extent, especially in high salt spray corrosion environments, which can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the products. Among them, nickel based powder is widely used in fields such as supersonic spraying, plasma spraying, and flame spraying, allowing nickel based powder to be combined with different products to achieve different effects.


The high chromium content of these materials enhances their resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The coatings generated by these materials are generally smooth as sprayed and have a bright appearance.

Especially can be used for Piston Rod, and related under liquid working environment coating.
