80Ni-20Cr HVOF PTA Powder is an oxidation-resistant thermal sprayed bond Metal Spray Powder coat material used under a variety of thermal sprayed ceramic top coats. They can also be used for repair and buildup coatings. This Flame Spray Powder Mostly are used for HVOF coating to get a btter bond layer.

The Metal Alloy Powder high chromium content of these materials enhances their resistance to oxidation and corrosion. The coatings generated by these materials are generally smooth as sprayed and have a bright appearance.

Especially can be used for Piston Rod, and related under liquid working environment coating.
