WC-8Co Tungsten Carbide Grits

WC-8Co Tungsten Carbide Chips can be used as a good solution to sliding, impact, or abrasive wear damage that happens in underground mining, material crushing, tunneling, surface mining, and road construction,etc. It extends work-pieces service life 6 times longer than standard steel wear solutions.

Application:

1. Using as adding  material when manufacture composite Welding Rod and wear plate to enhance wear resistance of surface;

2.Using large carbide chips to process large-grained abrasive like asphalt.

3. Using small carbide chips when processing fine-grained abrasives like sand, carbide chips fit closely together and prevent fine-grain          abrasives from wear away the steel matrix between the chips;
