GPNi2701B is 60% Spherical Cast Tungsten Carbide Powder blend with Nickel Alloy Powder for Laser cladding process. With higher hardness and anti wearness properity than other alloy powder. Becuase of its special feature, usually is used for the indusry like: Mining, Oil&Gas, Architect etc. Compare with HVOF process, 

Laser Cladding Powder has good Metallurgical bonding property. Compare with Pta Welding Powder, laser cladding has less HAZ and shape changed.

Widely used in petroleum drill bits, PDC drill bits, as well as other manufacturing products such as fusion infiltration, spraying (welding), and hardfacing, primarily for wear surface wear resistance reinforcement 

As hard phase, the hardness of cast tungsten carbide can achieve 3000 HV0.3. Blend with Ni alloy powder, can form PTA or Laser cladding powder which are a widely used surface engineering process for various industries like Marine, Mining, Steel, Oil&gas etc.
