60% Spherical Tungsten Carbide Blend Powder

    GPNi0801B is a blend of spherical fused tungsten carbide and a self fluxing alloy matrix with a matrix hardness of 40 HRC.  For this proportion, can reach better anti-wearness with low porosity and crack. 

    The hardness of powder is around 2700-3100 HV0.1. This powder can be used for laser cladding, PTA welding. Compare with thermal spray process, these two process can have a metallurgy bonding with matrixs, as a result can work longer.
