Nickel Alloy Powder For Glass Mould

GPNi23L-26 53-125µm is our customized Nickel Alloy Powder and Laser Cladding Powder for glass mould. The hardness can readch 28-32HRC.Mostly is used for blank and finish mould. Compare with Metal Spray Coating, laser cladding with a higher effiency, and better heat putting. Lower dilution rate than PTA Powder.

Laser cladding powder for glass mould  deliver lower heat distortion, reduced dilation, low porosity levels, and better surface uniformity for the new surface layera good metallurgical bonding, and good anti corrosion surface layer than Pta Welding Powder. 

Except as Laser cladding powder, GPNi23L also can be used for Thermal Spray Coating like HVOF, arc spray ,PTA Welding process etc.
