Ni60AA powder is Ni Based Powder and produced by gas atomized process with low oxygen content, good particle surface quality and high degree of spherical morphology. Coating has excellent wear resistance at low stress, good adhesive wear performance, good impact toughness, excellent corrosion and oxidation resistance.

Powder with low melting point and wide range of solid-liquid temperature; has a strong wetting ability for a variety of substrates and WC particles that lead powder is easy to operate.

Ni60AA can be used as Thermal Spray Powder, PTA wedling powder and Laser Cladding Powder.
