GPH625-23 is a low Carbon Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb based super high temperature alloy. Comparing with normal Ni base alloy powder, it has exceptional high temperature corrosion resistance. The Fe content is below 1.5%, which can improve the anti-corrosion property compare with higher content. Its high strength over a wide temperature range, and its excellent processability make it first choice for the chemical processing field, aerospace, and off-shore applications.
Inconel 625 can be used as alloy powder like Thermal Spray Powder, Laser Cladding Powder and Pta Welding Powder. For laser cladding, the work part mostly need high temperature anti corrosion property,like hydraulic cylinder of marine part. Sometime Inconel 625 also can be the bond cladding layer of tungsten carbide which can decrease crack of layer.
Ni-Cr-Mo-Nb solid solution hardening alloy, maximum work temperature is 980 °C.Inconel 625 has good tensile, fatigue, high temperature and corrosion resistance at different temperature.
