NiCrBSi Nickel Based Alloy Powder 10-45um

GPNi60AA-3 10-45µm is  gas atomized Ni Based Powder and spherical powder which can be used for HVOF、spray&fuse . Becuase of it's high hardness and good anti-corrosion property, Ni60AA Nickel Base Powder has widely useage for surface engineer. Like steel roller, screw, hydraulic etc. When mixed with pure Tungsten Carbide Powder, inconnel 625 powder, can hugely improve the wear resistant feature by PTA welding and laser cladding.

GPNi60AA could reach to a 60HRC,the use of nickel-based products as a substrate for composite coatings can significantly improve the overall corrosion resistance and airtightness of the coating. Moreover, GPNi60AA-3 could reach to better erosion resistance. It plays a crucial role in the maintenance of hydraulic rods and mechanical accessories.
