It possesses high melting point above 2000°C, offers a Tungsten Carbide Coating with high hardness about HV0.3 3000, stable chemical performance, good flowability and excellent wear resistance. It is normally applied to process diamond drilling bits, oil drilling bits and other PDC drilling tools and Shield Cutters.
